The Culver City Presbyterian youth went on a Mexico mission trip this past June to build a home for an impoverished family in Tijuana. We went through AMOR ministries (http://www.amorministries.com) for a 5 day trip. We camped out on a plot of dirt with about 400 other teenagers and we took showers under a water bottle set up on a board. It was a sacrifice of our daily luxuries that we have back home, but it was worth it! Everyone got along well and grew together in Christ as we helped some people who really needed us. God blessed us as much He blessed the family we worked with. Hopefully we can go again!
