Coffee and Conversation after worship in the Social Hall is hosted by the Deacons.  Take a moment to sign up to host on an upcoming Sunday.  Feel free to buddy up with someone!

Culver West Worship Service – Join the Deacons today at 2p.m. as they lead the monthly CCPC worship service for our special friends at Culver West Convalescent Hospital,  
4035 Grandview Blvd.  Everyone is welcome!

Youth Group will not be meeting in August.

Sunday School also will not be meeting in August.  Classes will resume on September 6.

Women’s Bible Study – Tuesday, August 19 at 7:00p.m. 

Wet Set Family Fellowship – Thursday, August 21 from 5:45-7:30p.m. in the Social Hall.

(Please note that all future Wet Set gatherings will be held on the third Thursday of the month).

Choir will not be meeting in August.

No Mod Marthas meeting in August but please keep sewing those puffs!  See you Sept. 10, Sept. 24, and Oct. 8 when we will be assembling clowns at 9a.m. and 7p.m. in the Social Hall.  Need more to sew or want to know how to sew a puff (the basic “building block”) for the clowns?  See Sarah or Gil Mitchell for easy instructions and materials.

Please continue to support St. Joseph’s Center food pantry by bringing in canned or other non-perishable (boxed) food.  A box is located in the Social Hall for donations.

Church Officers’ Retreat – Saturday, September 13 at 10:00a.m.  Deacons and Elders will gather at Saint Luke’s Presbyterian Church in Rolling Hills Estates for a retreat on Spiritual Gifts led by Rev. Sue Fisher.

Presbytery Meeting – Tuesday, September 9 at Westminster Pres. Church at 4:00p.m.
